Funny Pics Ulet!

So you're back from outer spez. I just walked in to find you here with that sad look upon your pez! CHAROT

After a pretty long break, funny pictures are back!!! Anyhoo, thank you to Magel and Ian for your contributions :)

Let's start...

ANODAW??? Isa-isahin natin...

We know the anatomy of your feet in every single detail;
TALAGA? Pati kalyo ko? At alipunga mo? Shempre ang mga
readers talaga ang may alipunga and not me noh? heehee

we know how it works and what it needs.
Bakit naging "it" at may "s" ang
needs? Diba feet ay plural??? Maestrang-maestra lang ang peg. Tama ba?

GelSmart products are your feet's little nurses that gives them the Comfort and Protection It deserves.
Ok kakaiba ang Comfort and Protection na binibigay niyo ah! Maybe GelSmart is the only product that could provide them kaya proper nouns?

Tapos yung It....

Nag-nursing ka pala teh?!?!

GelSmart is composed of Gels made with specific technology for your different feet concerns...
Eh yung
concern niya???

Challenge!!!

making you wear your shoes with comfort like it has has been treated specially.is foot comfort everywhere impossible? in GelSmart, not really...
Plus kagigil ang "not really..."

Speaking of comfort and being gentle... eto baka kelangan na rin ng GelSmart

Jusko! I wonder ilan na kaya ang nasira nilang hand dryer? Parang pikon na sila sa mga gumagamit for them to put such reminder. And I wonder pano to ginagamit ng iba, sinisipa? Chuice!

Next!

From Cambodia. Akalain mong we somehow share common terms?

May beybi" ('Nudaw??)

Or maybe the owner is just protecting the coconut tree from any thief, burglar, magnanakaw, kawatan o...

ShoplEfter!!!
Well, I guess may point to. Someone shopped and LEFT without paying.

Eto ang pinaka-winner! Saw this in the bulletin board of my building...

Bad elements are not a stereotype. They can look like you-
LIKE ME???
PAK! EH DI ANG GANDA NUN?!?!

they are chameleons who blend with the environment by donning the right "costume"- and by assuming the "role" of a student.
Nakakatakot ah! Takot ako sa mga reptiles!!! Charot.

Well kung nanggagaya sila ng look, I better wear this...

TINGNAN NATIN KUNG KERI NILANG RUMAMPA NG NAKA GANITO! Chuuuuice!

Ok joke lang Lord. I will take this seriously and take precautionary measures...

OSiya! Baboo!

Love Group Buying sites? Then you will Love Dealies!

Have you noticed the sudden surge of group buying sites? Locally I know of Deal Grocer, BUYanihan, Ensogo and Cash Cash Pinoy. From degustation in fine restaurants to vacation packages in Palawan to treatments in spas and salons. Jusko I wouldn’t be surprised if someday naka-deal na rin ang mga sako ng bigas, kilo kilo ng botchang baboy at tilapia from the fish kill, and extra service! CHAROT LANG!

The concept is actually very exciting. Waley. I think because it’s tiring to go through each group buying site searching for good deals. Ang effort lang ah! Kung masipag ka gow but seriously, don’t we just wish we had enough time simply doing that? Plus, I don’t want them spamming my email. Hina-high blood kaya ako kapag nagbubukas ng inbox tapos sasabihing 30 new messages!

I think whoever thought of group buying sites is a genius. San ka nga bang makakakita ng 11 course meal by Chef Achuchubells for less than a thousand?

Thank God there’s now Dealies! Wit, hindi dilis. HEH KORNI

Anetch??

"Dealies aggregates all the deals from every active group buying site, shopping clubs, etc into one feed, so that you don’t get bombarded with different deals from different sites" Galeng no??

"Dealies also minimizes the amount of email notification group buying subscribers get by giving them an option to select which deal category, group buying site, location, price range, etc., theywould want to receive updates from."

Mind you, Dealies is under Global Leads Group, a Berlin, Germany based start-up involved in several e-commerce sites around the world. SHUSHAL.

Basically, Dealies makes deal searching and buying easier. Gives you more time to do other things like focusing on work, stalking keres on facebook or streaming porn. CHAROT. Di ko sinasabing ginagawa niyo yun. Ako lang. CHAROT ULET

Is-School Bu-cool!

It's June once again! Time for kids to go back to school!!! Ay nako ever since I graduated, inggit na inggit ako sa mga students na meron pa ring summer break. Actually bordering on inis because they can wake up late, do nothing and go out of town. So feel ko pag June, BWHAHAHA PANTAY NALANG ULIT TAYO!!.

But coming from the perspective of a former student (elementary to be specific), I really look forward to going back to school. That's because:

1. There's a certain independence when you are not in the presence of family (SERIOUS ANSWER?!)
2. New things to discover and learn (WEH?!?!)
3. New classmates and friends
4. New boy eye candies. CHAR. Grade school pa lang nagnilandi na o!
5. NEW SCHOOL SUPPLIES!!!

Ay nako! Yang #5 talaga ang pinaka favorite ko! Kebs na kung walang new uniform and school shoes every year basta kelangan bago ang school supplies. I guess because learning is more fun when you love the stuff you use. CHE!

At mind you, it was never healthy because it breeds inggit and superiority complex.

So anyway, remember the "uso" school supplies back when we were young? I listed some of those and tell me kung meron din kayong ganito...

1. Pencils

But other kids had special ones like Lisa Frank or Hello Kitty or Power Rangers. One time, my mom got me a Staeadtler. Ayoko kasi walang malanding design!!! Malay ko bang mas sosyal yun! But the dominance of wood pencils, was threatened with the coming of ...

Polypencil!

Shempre unahan ang mga bagets makakuha! Iba iba yung colors! May hot pink, lime yellow, acid green. etc. I remember mine was blue. But then di ko talaga masyado nagamit because the graphite can't be as sharp compared to mongol.

2. Crayons

And there are a lot of options in the market. But for kids, it should be crayola. But no di paawat ang ibang kids! Kelangan...

64!!! Sheth gusto ko to kasi may gold and silver!!!

ART SET!!! YAMAAAAAN!

3. Erasers

Ay nako erasers can come in any form! Nakakagulat! May normal rubber eraser, colored ones, may scented pa na mukhang gulaman! Pero ang uso talaga ay eto...

MAY ROLLER CLEANER!!!

And then may mga kikay girls with this type of eraser...

LIPSTICK!!! Nako bata pa lang kerengkeng na

4. Glue

So most kids preferred this...

May ganito din ata ako nung grade 2. Tapos natapon sa loob ng envelope. Yan ang nangyayari sa puro pa-cute lang.

5. Lunch Box

Eto rin can come in any form and design! The holy grail of lunch boxes that time was...

Coleman! (Actually not this one. Yung mejo rectangle but I can't seem to find a photo)

I had this when I was in grade 4 I think. In fair, di ko naman siya iniyakan. Basta bigla nalang akong binilhan. Probably because it's really effective in keeping your baon cold or warm.

Pakabigat! Gudlak.

6. When I was in Grade 4, things became a little techie. Suddenly we had computer classes. In fair sa Ateneo nun, we had Apple Macintosh which I did not appreciate back then because ang layo ng Mac sa windows at nanonosebleed ako. And so naging requirement ang...

DISKETTE!!

Kumusta naman??? ANCIENT!!! Shempre pabonggahan ng color! Mine was like this, transparent! Sosyaaal! But knowing how reliable a floppy disk was, I kept 3 back-ups.

7. Stationery

Eto for girls lang. Pero shempre nakikijoin ako! Charot. Well pagandahan ng design and scent. Tapos trade trade pa. I remember buying a pack in the bookstore and then leave some at home para "limited edition" ang peg pagdating sa school. Mukhang higher value so pag-aagawan makipag barter ng mga lukaret.

Finally, eto talaga ang tunay na pabonggahan...

7. Pencil case!!

Nako ang pencil case noon ay parang Pokemon in a sense na " Look, here's what my pencil case can do".

1. May mga pindot pindot tapos lalabas yang kung ano-ano like sharpener, compartments, erasers etc.
2. May back to back na with a tray for your pencils.
3. May parang second floor na extra tray
4. May mga built-in rulers, multiplication tables etc.
5. May built-in games na parang pachinko balls!

Mine was a simple tin case lang. I did not like the complicated ones kasi mabigat and bulky.

Baka kasi techie na sila Or mga make-up, nail art and highlights na. Chuice!

So what were your school supplies back then???

Koi Finds a New Pond!

Ever since I went to college in Manila, I have been somewhat living on my own. For 4 years the Cervini Hall in the Ateneo has been my second home. And on my fifth year, the new University Dormitory.

I did have roommates and close friends in the dorm. So technically, di naman talaga ako alone. But of course, there was a certain level of independence in terms of how to spend your money and your time. My biggest fear then was not finishing college and going back to the Davao.

Grades were excellent at nakapag-maganda pa ako sa extra curricular activities. Char. After graduation, I moved to my sister’s place. In fairness, it was a life of luxury. May aircon, cable, wifi, hot water and merMAID 24/7. Dagdagan mo pa ng park at swimming pool 2 minutes away. Mapapasigaw ka talaga ng PAKSHET! Diziz da laaaaaayff!!! My sister and her family were indeed a huge blessing for me.

But then they had to relocate to Cebu for better work opportunities. Patay, palaboy na ang peg! This time, alone na alone na talaga ako!!! No one to cook for me, clean my room or even say hi when I get home (emotera!)

I started looking for a new place and jusko lang di siya madali. Well I guess kasi maarte ako. Just to show you here are some places I saw...

Nako, di yan camera trick! Mejo tagilid talaga yung sink area! Pati yung floor uneven! Ayaw ni PNoy, di matuwid na daan!

No offence ah, pero is this a bodega? Low ceiling with no ventilation. Jusko teh mukhang ba akong kahon for storage???

May nakita pa akong parang bilibid ang setting. Kaloka! Baka may manlapastangan pa sa akin. Charot!

Thankfully my friend Tim was moving to another place so his former place was obviously freeing up. It wasn’t exactly the best place to nurture my kaaretehan but considering my budget, I simply trusted my ability to transform simple things to breathtaking masterpieces! HEH.

After 1 month of planning, packing, buying things at pagiging Fairy Godmother, Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Koi’s new pond

Aminin! Epek na epek ang warm light! Btw, di porn yang pinapanood ko, ok?

It’s a studio unit but I made sure na parang bahay lang na may mga segments

The living area

This is where I work and write my posts. Guests can sit here as well. And when they want to sleep over, the can transform into a bed

The kitchen area

Complete with cute ref and microwave. May sideline pa akong mini sari-sari store! Chuice!

The bed space

Dito nangyayari lahat ng maisip niyo. CHOOOOOOZ!!!! Spot Coco Martin. In fair talaga ang YAMMY niya! Times 2 pa sila sa teleserye

The door that you saw in the first picture leads to a small balcony. Perfect sa mga emo-emohan moments and…KERE WATCHING! Nasampolan ko na nga eh!!

Hey there neighbor! Heeeheeheee

Not in the picture: The washroom and the balcony

My place is 100% functional already. I can lounge around, prepare meals, take a bath, entertain guests and bring home... take out food. (Kala niyo ah!) Kulang nalang mga kaartehan. I’m still looking for the perfect curtain, carpet and paintings. Hotel feeling kasi ang gusto kong maachieve! AMBISYOSYA!

And I try to keep it clean and presentable all the time. In fact I spent the whole Sunday morning sweeping, wiping dust off and scrubbing the floor with domex!

I’m proud of my place and this new found independence. And I have thank my sister, her family and my mom for the support and their generosity (most of my stuff were donated :)) Thanks to my friends too who are helping me adjust slowly. Tipid-tipid nalang in order to pay the bills and still enjoy a little comfort.

Cheers to the new pond! Housewarming soon?

PS: Hi to Toni Villafuerte! Siya nagcoin ng term na "new pond"
